Yes, it’s true that if you have a terrible video cards, you’ll probably have a slower loading time and more bumps in your experience watching the video. Nonetheless, usually, it has nothing to do at all with your computer itself. In fact, if you want to decrease the loading time it takes to watch a video online, the best thing you can do is to increase your internet speed. If you have dial-up (phone line modem) internet, it probably takes forever. DSL will usually get the job done okay, while cable and anything better will zip right through it. If you have cable or DSL and it’s still taking forever, then might be the time to look into upgrading your computer itself.
