Workout Takes Commitment!

I am currently working on a workout program, and let me tell you, it takes a lot of commitment, especially at the beginning when you can really feel it in your muscles when you wake up the next day. Another program that is similar in nature is the alli diet pill, which is not just a pill but an entire lifestyle change for those who need to lose weight. Although my weight is at a very healthy level, what I need to work on is building a little more muscle, and then maintaining it so that I don’t start building fat. After the 90-day program is over, which focuses on building, I will have to stay committed to getting some exercise each week - at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 4 days a week. That will be easier than the current program, but it will still require a lot of commitment!
