Word Count: 121This summer, one of my goals is to keep myself from becoming sedentary, which is quite easy to do over the summer when it is 100 degrees outside during the heat of the day. The temptation is just to stay inside out of the heat and take it easy, which is fine from time to time, but I can’t let that happen all the time or I’ll end up needing the best weight loss product around just to keep from having to roll around all the time. Plus, during the summer, treats like ice cream and snow cones are only that much more tempting. I can let myself have more of them if I stay active; that’s motivation enough for me.
