Vista-izing XP

So, I’ve downloaded a bubbles screensaver that is very similar to the one on Vista. I’ve downloaded a background for my desktop like the one on Vista. I even have the cursors like the ones that are on Vista. All I need to do is to somehow figure out how to make my menubars to be transparent (as at the moment they are still the same as how they look on XP)

Apparently Vista is mainly a visual upgrade, so for now I’ll be fine with a Vista-lookalike.
