Using a Monitor for Multiple Purposes
Word Count: 115Did you know that you can use your computer monitor for more than just a monitor? With a special converter, you can use it as an LCD HDTV, giving you crisp pictures for television. Additionally, you can use it for video games and other displays. Not only can you display a desktop computer, but a laptop as well. Rather than using a desktop at the moment, I just plug my laptop into the monitor and shut the display. Use my USB keyboard and a wireless mouse and its just like a desktop, but ready to go whenever and wherever I go. Eventually it might be neat to try using it as a television as well.
