Word Count: 340Thoof is a cool new website. You may be wondering exactly what that is and what it means, so read on and I will try to explain that to you. I signed up this evening (which was really easy and quick, yay for the scripting people behind this site!!) and have looked around the site and gotten a view of how things work there.
After logging in, Thoof brings you news, except it only brings you the news that you are interested in reading. All you have to do is read the articles that you are interested in, and Thoof will remember the ones you read and show you similar ones in the future. Now, lets say you read one that you aren’t interested in; then you could select the not interesting button, and Thoof will be less likely to show you a similar story in the future. Thoof also keeps track of the articles you’ve read, which is GREAT for whenever you’ve read something interesting recently and you want to show it to your friends. This tracking feature can help you to avoid the embarrassing moments where you try to show your friends something cool, but you can’t seem to find it anymore.
Now, lets say you own a site and you write really interesting stuff, but sadly you just can’t seem to find people to read your articles. You can use Thoof to get your hard work to pay off and find people who are genuinely interested in reading your writing to come and read your articles, which is a really neat feature. Thoof is basically a News oriented people operated website, which is really cool.
