The Simplicity of College Bills
Word Count: 157I may not mention it too often, but I am a college student right now. I was thinking about bill paying, and how annoying it is, and how that’s a part of the real world that you like to ignore when you are younger and imagine how cool being a grown-up must be. But I was also thinking how simple it is for me right now, as someone who lives on campus, compared to what it will be when I’m truly out 100% in the real world. For one thing, I don’t have to pay home insurance or anything like that. I don’t have to pay electricity, water, or security, or repairs. Yeah, paying car insurance and phone bill and car payments may be a lot compared to what it was like as a kid, but the more I think about it the more I realize that this is just good practice for the real world.
