The other side of treadmill season
Word Count: 98Back in the winter I wrote about how it was too cold for running outside; perfect treadmill weather.
The bad thing about where I live is that in the Summertime, it gets too hot (for me at least lol) to run outside. Yeah, it’s spring here - but it was up into the upper 80’s today. Not quite treadmill weather yet, but it’s getting there. Give it 10-15 more degrees and you’d have to pay me to spend much time exercise outdoors. Down here in the southern U.S, I guess there are two treadmill seasons: Winter and Summer!
