The Days of a Free-ish eBay
Word Count: 101I was disappointed when i found out that eBay no longer offered free online auctions. Of course, there were always fees associated with using eBay, as they had to make money somewhere along the line. However, it used to be the case that you only paid if a sale was resulted. If you didn’t make a sale, you didn’t pay anything. However, now, eBay requires you to pay up front a fee that is there regardless of whether you end up making a sale or not. I’m glad that there are at least some sites that have no up-front auction fees…
