Successful Ad Campaigns
Word Count: 114Personally, I believe that television ad campaigns need to be unique in order to be successful. Although it isn’t necessary, having a unique name (such as Orovo, Google, or Dogpile) allows the product to stick out in the minds of the viewers. Having humor in the ad can help, although it isn’t appropriate for more serious topics. However, many companies often place too much humor in their ad; so much that I can’t even figure out what the advertisement is for. It’s kind of pointless if I’ve seen a great ad and walk away thinking “Wow, that was a hilarious ad - but I can’t figure out what in the world they were advertising”.
