Street Lights turn off when you go by?
Word Count: 184Do you notice street lights and other lights that happen to turn on or off when you drive by? It almost seems as if it only happens to you, and you feel that maybe you are causing the street lights to turn off when you pass? I had sort of been thinking the same thing, oddly enough, because over the past few years, it seems that street lights would turn off when I went by. However, I decided to do a little research. Apparently, thousands of people across the globe report this same happening. There is no “sure-fire” response for this, but some believe that those who are more mentally alert and drive at the right times of day more often are more likely to see that happen and take notice of it. Also, street lights have to turn off and “reboot” every few hours because of temperatures in the bulbs, which means that they turn off more often than people think. What the exact cause is, we may never know, but if you notice this, just know that you aren’t alone. ![]()
