Stat: By the time a post leaves the front page

I ran a test to see how things went, and I’m fairly pleased with the results, although I’d eventually like to grow that number to 1000 views before a post leaves the front page. Of course, that post will probably have less reads than average because it had no resell value, if you may. Meaning, a post with just that hit counter in it wasn’t worth linking to in people’s eyes, so it probably got less reads than my average post.
It was an interesting experiment.
