Specialized Jobs Higher Pay

Have you noticed that the more specialized the job is, the higher its pay usually is? This doesn’t even always mean that it is particularly harder. But tasks such as rv repairs and router plumbing and web development can sometimes pay higher just because less workers are in the field.

This works simply because of economics. It’s supply and demand. Because the supply of workers in specialized fields is lower, the demand is higher. The higher the demand, the higher the price. This is also why careers that once paid high no longer pay as high: people flocked to the career and reduced prices by increasing supply.
