Have you ever skipped a meal because you just weren’t hungry? And then after eating your next meal, you’re fine? Or perhaps you are hungry after skipping one meal, but you eat a normal sized dinner and it’s enough to fill you up, even though you missed out on lunch, for example. This might be because we are in the habit of eating much more food than we actually need to! Although it’s best to eat three or more meals a day to keep metabolism up, it’s also best to eat smaller portions. If this is hard for you, something like a diet pill can help out because it will allow you to control your hunger a little bit while still getting all the nutrition that you need.
