Although things such as these used to be only seen in doctors offices and in emergency vehicles, it’s now not uncommon to see a sports team for children to have one on hand at all times. There have been so many instances where children have collapsed during sports games or practices that a device such as these is a necessity to have on hand at all times. There have been plenty of situations where an AED has saved someone from the risk of serious injury or death due to health complications.
