Retailers & Customer Satisfaction

Every type of retailer is in the same business at the core, whether it is a video game retailer, a used car retailer, cigar retailers, computer retailers, or business supply retailers. Earning money and making a profit is of course the core goal, otherwise the business would not be able to exist. But if you zoom out from that just a little bit, you will find that another core goal is customer satisfaction, because if the customers are not satisfied, they won’t come back. Think about it from your point of view as a customer - aren’t there certain things that retailers do that make you more likely to shop there again?
