Rental Vacations?

I had never heard of rental vacations until recently. A Florida Rental Vacation is available where you can rent a home type thing in Florida near the Disney resort. It sounded odd to me at first, but after browsing through the site, it actually looks pretty interesting. Pool homes, town homes, and condos are all available. That would be one nice vacation if I were able to take it.
