Did you know that one of the best ways to keep yourself mentally (and some may argue emotionally and spiritually) healthy is to read? This means that even if you are out of school and your career no longer requires you to read, or even if you are retired, it is important that you keep reading on a regular basis. If your vision starts to fade, you might consider investing in corrective surgery or in a tool such as an eotech magnifier. Whatever you do, make sure to keep reading (and not just surface level reading, either!) because it will keep you happier and healthier for many more years.
