Question for WP Bloggers out there

I am no longer receiving email updates about my blog. (Such as when I get auto-approved comments and etc) I Checked the page on the admin panel to see if maybe I had unchecked the email option, but it’s still checked and I have the right email address on there, so I have no idea what’s going on with it. Anyone have any ideas?
