Percussion Ensemble Concert
Word Count: 113Tomorrow is the percussion ensemble concert. Earlier on this blog I think that I mentioned that I am involved in a local percussion ensemble. Well, tomorrow happens to be our concert, which I am excited for! We are playing some really cool pieces on stainless steel drums (get it, stainless? I don’t think they are actually on stainless steel, but they are steel drums. Stainless is true, though, if you consider the fact that they are not stained with wrong notes haha) as well as a couple of marimba based ensembles and a couple of more traditional African percussion pieces. I think that overall the concert is going to be pretty good.
