Percussion Ensemble

I play in a percussion ensemble. We mostly play the steel drums (which are really cool - if you haven’t been to a steel drum concert, I highly recommend that you go to at least one!), but we also play quite a bit of other stuff, too. For example, I am playing Marimba on a cool jazz type piece. The percussion ensemble is made up of a big mix of ages, skill levels, and instrument preferences - I really enjoy it!

Whether you are still in school, or have been out of school for several years, joining a local performance ensemble is a great experience and I highly recommend it.
