Keeping Fit at All Stages of Life
(156)It is important to keep fit at all stages of life. It seems, perhaps, that this is easiest to do as a kid (although child obesity rates show that it is becoming difficult to be fit even as a child). Once college rolls around, people begin to use “too busy” as an excuse (which tends to continue indefinitely). Then kids come. Then you get old. There’s always something — but there is also always a way to exercise!
When in school, work in longer walking routes, take the stairs, and try and find some buddies to go run with. If you are a parent, you can look at baby jogger city select routes and accessories. The list goes on.
Whatever it is, try and find a way out of your excuse for not being fit (if you aren’t). I know it’s easier said than done, as I am not really all that fit. But we must keep trying!
