New Category: The Arts
Word Count: 151From time to time, I like to add a new category. I really believe that this category has been long overdue: I’ve been placing my personal hobby of music under Media: Movies and Music… in all honestly me playing a solo marimba is not media at all and shouldn’t go in the same category as labeled CD’s and box-office hits.
This category will not be just the art of music, but also art as in paintings and poetry. I may even go more in depth, such as different types of instrument tones for music, different light fixtures and methods for paintings, or styles and themes for poetry. These are just some of the first thoughts that I have about what I could fill this category with, so expect to read about a wide variety of artistic endeavors in this category. I hope it becomes one all of us can enjoy.
