Microsoft buys land from rival, Nintendo

I thought this was very interesting. Apparently, even though Nintendo and Microsoft are business rivals, they have struck up a real-estate deal. Nintendo is selling around 28 acres of their currently unused land to Microsoft, the company that is manufacturing the console competing against Nintendo’s Wii console. (Maybe Nintendo isn’t worried about Microsoft at the moment since the Wii is selling much faster than Microsoft’s XBox 360.) Also, the land sold is most likely going to be used mainly for a parking lot, which won’t directly increase Microsoft’s profit too much.

Just thought this was an interesting business agreement, nonetheless.

Oops, I left that out! 28 acres. I’m going to go edit that in right now.
