Luxuries Becoming More Common
Word Count: 132Have you noticed that luxuries (or things that used to be considered luxuries) are becoming more and more readily available? Things such as internet on the road, heated mattress pads, keyless entry to vehicles, or HDTV, or one of many other luxuries are found all over the place when in the past they were rarities. I think that in some instances, things that used to be a luxury are now becoming commonplace - this seems to be the trend that has been followed for many technologies through the ages, and I think this will continue to hold. What new technologies might we be seeing in the next few years that will start out as luxuries? I can think of several. One that I find really interesting is the concept of wireless electricity.
