Keeping a Daily Schedule
Word Count: 108I really think that one a day vitamins are a great way to stay healthy. The only thing for me that I need to work on is remembering to take them once per day, though, as that is the point of having them around. When things are less busy, it is easier to remember because I can have them setting out at home when I eat dinner. When it’s busy (as it is many times) and I don’t really sit down to eat a meal at the table though (or even at home at all), then it is much easier to forget to take any vitamins or supplements.
