Just a Little More Sleep
Word Count: 96Today I was reading about various anti-aging methods such as wrinkle creams and antioxidants. (Not for me, as I am not quite to the point of needing these types of things yet, thankfully) But one thing that I found interesting was that a very important factor to looking and feeling young is getting the right amount of sleep. Both too little and too much sleep can contribute to you not feeling up to par, and over time can add stress that causes aging. Interesting! So sleeping in can be good for me, from time to time!
