Apparently, China has a problem with Jaywalkers, and they have a plan to stop it - they’ll post pictures of Jaywalkers on TV. The TV program is supposed to purport them as shamed individuals, and they’re hoping that people will stop jaywalking out of fear of being humiliated. This is a very interesting tactic, and it will be even more interesting to see if it actually works.
