Indoor Air Pollution
Word Count: 115I have allergies - on a semi-regular basis. I’ve gotten to where I don’t have to take allergy medicine all of the time, but I still do tend to have at least some sort of slight congestion or drainage. One problem that may be causing this is indoor air pollution. Although it is pretty much impossible to get rid of indoor air pollution, using one of the many high quality air filters available on the market can help to alleviate this issue. I don’t have one right now, but if it returns to the point that I have to continue taking allergy medications regularly again, I think I might invest in an air filter.
