Impressed..?

Several months back, I got my laptop from Dell. I am very impressed with it - it runs great and I rarely run low on battery power. The thing that I am not impressed with about Dell, however, is the upgrade to Windows 7. One of the offers that I got when I purchased the laptop is that I would get a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out. It came out on October 22nd. It is now November 4th, and I have yet to receive the upgrade, and they haven’t shipped it yet. Apparently they won’t ship it until November 14th. When I signed up for the free upgrade, I imagined them shipping it whenever the software came out, not three weeks later…
