Homekeys, which specializes in Miami real estate as well as many other areas, is promoting a petition to “Save Our Homes”. The petition they are pushing is aiming to provide portability to homestead owners, specifically in Florida. To my best understanding, this is aiming to keep the value up of homes so that people can get more back whenever they resell them, even after abandonment.If you use the Miami real estate feature, buyers get 50% commission and sellers have a fee of $269.
