Word Count: 120It can be hard to get to know new employees, but don’t forget to stop from time to time and put yourself in the shoes of the newbie - it can be even more difficult to get to know all of the employees in a business in the same period of time that you, the guy who has already been there, are expected to learn one guy’s name. One way that some businesses help this is that all employees are required to wear name tags for a few days after a newbie has been hired, in order to help everyone out. Others resort to awkward games where you pick an adjective that begins with the first letter of your name.
