“OUCH!”
Searing and sudden pain suddenly shot through my back as I bent over to pick up something off of my floor.
Wondering if maybe it was just some sudden come and go pain, I tried bending over again. The same pain shot through my back, and this time it remained as a dull throbbing pain when I stood up straight.

Then, I remembered the pack of that I had, and decided that this would be the perfect time to try it out.

(I put the memory tag thing in there to prove that it’s really me, not some random picture off the internet)
As I applied the gel to my own back, I could feel a cooling sensation before I even got done applying it.
Within 5 minutes the dull throbbing pain was gone. Within 15 minutes, it no longer even hurt to bend over!
If you haven’t heard of or tried Freeze It yet, I’d recommend that you try it out.

The tube you see in the picture only costs around ten bucks. Compared to other brands that charge as much as $15-$20 for a tube that size, this is a great deal. And from personal experience, I can tell you that it works. The two main active ingredients are Menthol and Camphor, which are very powerful for muscle pain relief. The application soaks in very quickly and applying it with a slight massage works wonders. Surprisingly, you cant smell the stuff for very long after you apply it. That could come in handy if you got some pain right before you had to go into an important meeting and you needed something to help ease the pain. And although the gel is green, it doesn’t show up after rubbing it in, or even on your clothes, so there’s no need to worry there. Just be sure to wash your hands after using it and you’re all set!

Here is the image that I get in my head about Freeze It. I see a little monster called pain attacking a muscle, and then I see the Freeze it “cops” coming and shouting “FREEZE!” to the bad guys.
Freeze It is available in many well known stores such as CVS and Wal-Mart, so the next time you drop by one of those stores, be sure and head to the medical section and look for some Freeze It!
