Earthquakes in Virginia and Colorado
Word Count: 76It was interesting to read on the news about the recent earthquakes that struck in both Colorado and Virginia - neither of which are states that are known for having earthquakes. Because of this, many of the buildings in these regions were not built to withstand any form of earthquake. Thankfully, even without metal buildings, there were no deaths in either earthquake. However, injuries and damage could have been prevented with a bit stronger building code.
