Some people prefer diet pills, while others prefer plain old fashioned dieting. They both have their pros and cons… which do you prefer?

Personally, although each method has it’s merits, I prefer the old fashioned dieting. However, it is important to make sure you realize that this is not just plain old restraining yourself from eating - in fact, in some cases you can actually eat the same amount of food as you ate before. The important thing is that you monitor what you are eating, and the health benefits/negative factors of each item you eat. There are several plans available that keep tabs on this method of dieting for you.
