Conehead Dog!
Word Count: 116If any of you out there own a dachshund, you probably know that during the late part of the summer through mid fall, they have a tendency to chew on themselves. And some years, it gets so bad that they have to wear a cone in order to keep them from chewing themselves raw! It’s really an odd problem. Luckily, there are plenty of pet supplies available to counter this problem - cones, sprays, and other medication. It also helps to give the dog a bath in a moisturizing solution in order to enrich their skin. Hopefully, after a few months (it takes quite a while) they’ll be able to roam around cone free again!
