All big businesses need commercial real estate in order to maximize their earnings and exposure in an urban environment. The only bad thing is, however, that many commercial real estate plots cost much more than your suburban or rural real estate plots for that very reason - foot traffic. (Also car traffic, to be sure) The traffic of people through the areas around what can be considered commercial real estate is what drives up the price and makes it worth while and worth the money to consider those types of plots.

Personally, that’s why I like the internet. All dot com addresses cost the same
