Clocking in at work may seem like a tedious task. Or, you may not even have to clock in at all, depending on the size of your company and your industry. But even among those that do have to clock in at work, there are many different methods. It is very common for employees to have ID cards that they run through barcode scanners whenever they want to clock in our out. Some simply have to punch a button or type in their name. Other, more sophisticated options, allow employees to clock in and out simply using their fingerprints.
