To me, that is absolutely amazing that new cars put out 98% less toxins than older cars! It seems that under newer regulations, the older cars wouldn’t be allowed to drive on the road. They need to at least start weeding out those older cars from the road in order to save our environment. Of course, in the future the cars will be hydrogen powered, so we wont have to worry about those toxins at all, but that of course is probably in the far future.
