Blue Headlights

Have you ever noticed a car going down the road with headlights that almost seem to have a bluish tint to them rather than a yellowish tint? They are the new type, apparently they are supposed to be brighter and easier to see with. I surely do notice them a lot when I am driving down the highway at night, but that might just be because of how different they are. They are kinda cool too - I wouldn’t mind having them on my car although right now I wouldn’t spend the money to upgrade. These might be called halo headlights or ultra white headlights, I’m not quite sure. But, do any of you use these special type of headlights, or are you still using the regular old color, like me?
