Word Count: 157I’ve decided to remove the Bidvertiser ads because… well, they were generating views but no income. Honestly for a form of advertising to be worth the time and space, I want to make a decent profit off of it, so even if they had produced just a tiny bit of income, I probably would still be taking them down. Maybe its my target audience is the group that doesn’t pay attention to banner ads any more (that’s fine, I’m one of those who doesn’t pay attention to banner ads anymore) so it’s probably the case that this site is just not a prime site for running banner ads on.
I’ve noticed that sites that have computer-savvy audiences tend to have more pay per impression ads rather than pay per click ads. If I knew of a Decent CPM ad company I’d use it… so far Adbrite wasn’t worth the space for the small income it was bringing in.
