Adding Daily Exercise
Word Count: 117While I still would not be categorized at overweight, I need to keep a close eye on my health to ensure that I don’t get there and have to go looking for the number 1 fat burner. Some of the steps that I am taking right now include small bouts of exercise as well as a lighter meal every now and then, plus less candy/junk food. All in moderation - not swearing off any certain food item. For exercise, I am doing sit ups, plank, and a few push ups. I will also be going bike riding at least 40 to 90 minutes a week starting soon, especially once the weather warms up. Hopefully it all helps!
