A blog directory?

I’m thinking about hosting a blog directory at quadium32. I haven’t decided if I want to code one myself or if I’d like to use a pre-existing script.

However, here are some of the ideas I have:
-Only accept high quality blogs: the point of the directory will be to help readers to find interesting blogs to read
-Primarily to direct traffic: I want to make the blogs in the directory easy to find and make it a great source of traffic and readership for bloggers.
-Fees: I think that at least for a while, it should be free. However, this does not mean any blog will get accepted. After a while, the fee may go up depending on user feedback.
