Carrying a Laptop
(119)Although laptops have gotten more durable over the past several years, it is still important to carry them in a way that protects them from damage. With a laptop, you are keeping a lot of valuable information that would cause many problems if it was lost - not to mention that the hardware itself is really valuable. Some get briefcases that are devoted to carrying their laptop, while others get laptop cases that have a softer mesh feel. Personally, I use a laptop sleeve that protects it (it has a fairly thick layer of padding) and then I place it in my backpack. Still, though, I take extra precautions with my backpack whenever it has my laptop in it.
